On stand J92 at Eurobus Expo (4-6 November, NEC), Mobility Networks will be demonstrating its world-class, vehicle wheelchair access lifts and unique package of support services delivered by PLS.
Multi-national Mobility Networks delivers a comprehensive portfolio of global products to the transport sector. Synergising worldwide manufacturing with regional support, Mobility Networks supplies wheelchair access lifts, ramps, escape hatches, lowered vehicle floors and further solutions to convertors of buses, coaches, WAVs, PTS/ambulances, trams and trains.
Part of the Mobility Networks group, PLS is the UK-leading name in the design, manufacture and maintenance of powered lifts and ramps for commercial accessible vehicles. PLS has provided an unsurpassed level of service and innovation since inception in 1990 and will be showcasing three lifts from its market-leading range on stand J92. Exhibiting as part of Mobility Networks for the first time at Eurobus this year, this display will also demonstrate the holistic package of servicing and maintenance PLS can provide all coach operators. These complete solutions, from product design and installation through to warranty cover and technical support, are unique within the sector and can deliver significant benefits to fleet managers and specifiers.
Mobility Networks will be displaying a full size coach rig at Eurobus with three example PLS AccessTM lifts installed and fully operational. These popular coach lifts will illustrate the varying access points that can be achieved by PLS engineers who can fit either side front entrance, bottom-locker or ski-locker solutions for safe lifting and lowering of wheelchair passengers. The Front Entrance Coach Lift is a fully automatic, two-piece coach cassette platform, that is located at the front passenger side door and can be installed in conjunction with the patented PLS Magic Floor system. The Bottom-Locker and Ski-Locker Coach Lifts are both robust, fully automatic large passenger platform that provides side wheelchair access to executive and luxury coaches.
Mike Simmonds, CEO of Mobility Networks commented: “PLS is the only wheelchair access lift specialist to deliver this level of support to coach operators and manufacturers.
