On the 23rd December 2020 Lex de Moes successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Acdeos. This transaction has been the end result of a strategic review by the management of Mobility Networks and Acdeos over many months. As a result of the strategic review it was agreed that the optimum strategy was for Lex to acquire Acdeos in full, allowing him and his team to be fully focused on the positive development of the company.
The sale of Acdeos is aligned and supports the Mobility Networks Group’s strategy, to focus on core mobility products. In addition, Acdeos and Mobility Networks have signed a commercial partnership that will continue to see Acdeos offer Mobility Products exclusively to their core markets of the Netherlands and Belgium while also providing Mobility Networks with the opportunity to promote, distribute and sell Acdeos products around the world and exclusively in strategic markets.The management teams of both companies are confident that the change in ownership will only strengthen the focus on both companies in their pursuits to continually improve products, service and customer value.
