Led by successful CEO, Mike Simmonds, this trusted international network provides a single source for all the latest accessible transport innovations from around the world. As the Mobility Networks Group continues to expand its manufacturing facilities, global territories and product portfolio, Wayne Harmer has been appointed as new Group Managing Director to strategically direct many aspects of the business under Mike’s leadership. Wayne brings a wealth of relevant knowledge and experience to Mobility Networks so that operations, finance, systems and coordination between group companies can be managed more effectively. This will allow Mike to focus on business development with the reassurance that Mobility Networks’ customers will continue to receive a superior level of service.
Wayne has fulfilled senior management positions within the manufacturing and engineering sector for over 10 years. Operating on a global level in the UK, Brazil and Austria for Palfinger Ratcliff (now known as Palfinger Tail Lifts), he has successfully led two turnarounds, via a restructuring and continually improving and optimising business performance through people and processes. His impressive business acumen and extensive expertise in commercial and passenger vehicle lifts will now be leveraged within the Mobility Networks Group. His clear vision for strategic development and business success will result in multiple benefits for trade customers and end users.
