 University and Care Platforms Officially Launched!

Mobility Networks University and Care launched

Today, we’re proud to announce the launch of two new customer platforms: Mobility Networks University and Mobility Networks Care. 

These two platforms have been months in the making, and while they have been available for a select few of our clients for testing purposes, this is their official launch to the public and we couldn’t be more excited! 

But what are they for, you ask? 

Mobility Networks University 

The ‘one-stop shop’ portal to our lifts, the MNU is designed to help certify our partners as quickly as possible, all the while maintaining the safety and quality standards we expect from our partners and dealers. Now, engineers can qualify to work our lifts straight from here! With Training and Tests for our complete iCLASS™ range, you can now become a certified, Mobility Networks trained technician quicker than ever before. 

To enroll at the MN University (see what we did there?) you’ll have to register a new account on our website. We’ll then run some internal checks and if all is above board, you’ll be granted access, free to take your training and with a multitude of collateral at your disposal, including our bespoke Sales Aids reserved for our trusted dealers, and tech videos detailing lift maintenance and fixes. 

Mobility Networks Care 

Unlike the MN University, this area is accessible for all viewers, without the need for authentication, and provides easy access to all our digital assets in a single place. 

MN Care is the perfect place for self-help tutorials for all dealers and clients to help solve common activities, as well as access to firmware and app change logs, the dealer database, any upcoming events, all our social media links and also a direct link to our Parts and Accessories shop.

As always, these two platforms will be a firm part of our ethos and values and as such, they are continuously being worked and improved on. New products lines will be added to the Training elements within the University, such as our mobilityRDO and mobilityHDO ranges of door openers, as well as lines of the lifts provided by our subsidiary company Passenger Lift Services (PLS), in due course. Not only this, but we’ll continue to create bespoke Sales Aids and Tech Bulletins and Updates, to keep both your Commercial and Engineering Teams in the loop consistently. 

However, for us, the best way to improve is simply by listening to the most important people of all – our customers and end users. Client feedback forms a big part of the reactionary element of our approach to providing vehicle accessibility solutions – without it, we wouldn’t be a leader in the industry today.
