The core products offered are wheelchair access cassette lifts for Minibuses, Ambulances and Coaches. The Companies Inboard Lift range has a tradition of reliability and robust operation finding them the first choice for many PTS vehicles in the UK.

With the introduction of the Loler regulation in 1998, UK Lifts comply with some of the highest legislation in the World. This high standard has helped drive PLS to the leading edge of lift design, ensuring longevity of service and minimal product service requirements.

The Company is based in the centre of the West Midlands widely renowned as the manufacturing heartland of the United Kingdom. PLS installs over 98% of its UK sold products ensuring perfect integration with the base vehicle, it’s factory location facilitates this critical aspect of the Companies success. Since re-locating to a bespoke building in 2014 the Company has embraced Automotive Lean implementation, driving the reduction of waste, ensuring quality is built into each process and focusing on value added activities. The Factory is often used as an example for other Manufacturers in the area and we give regular Lean Tours.
